To improve processes, we first need to consider where we currently are. To do that, Group Management Service, Inc. conducts an in-depth HR audit of your organization. This audit provides a snapshot of where you currently are in three key areas. Those areas are:
  • Recruiting, Training and Retaining Employees
  • Performance Management
  • Compliance
Our HR Specialist will schedule time to spend in key areas of your business over a two to three hour period. During that time he/she will talk with your employees on how they currently execute processes in the applicable 55 areas of HR Management.

These are the same 55 areas determined by SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) as the key areas for most businesses in the US. A written report is then prepared and presented to the owner in a meeting following the audit. The findings will include those areas where the greatest efficiencies can be gained in the organization, what HR areas have the greatest need, and what service GMS can offer immediately to implement these changes. An implementation plan is then crafted with the Owner, Regional Account Manager and HR Professional for the individual client's needs.
