RICHFIELD, Ohio – Tuesday, July 19, 2022 – As the second quarter concludes at Group Management Services, a talented group of individuals have been named as Employees of the Quarter. The award allows individuals to nominate their colleagues who go above and beyond to be recognized for doing a phenomenal job.
The winners of GMS’ second quarter Employees of the Quarter include:
- Andrea King, Benefits Sales Representative, goes above and beyond by offering top service to her clients and stepping up in any way she can. Her hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed.
- Becky Lerner, IT Project Manager, has been recognized for her continued support in utilizing software, including the company’s CRM, and streamlining processes. Becky is here to provide you with a quick and adequate answer. Her contribution to GMS has been invaluable.
- Lia Milner, HR Account Manager, was nominated for exceeding expectations in her daily tasks. In addition to being a detailed-oriented individual, she always displays a positive attitude when helping teammates. Lia plays a vital part in the success of the client services department.
- Dani Terry, Team Lead Workers’ Compensation Claims, was recognized by her colleagues for being an exceptional team lead. Whenever a teammate needs help, she is there with a helping hand, ready to get to work. As a team lead, she’s professional but also brings a fun dynamic to the department. She trains her team to ensure they feel comfortable and know exactly what they need to do to succeed.
- Alyse Kimble, Training and Development Coordinator, was nominated for her vast knowledge and implementation of the learning management system within the sales department. She exhibits a welcoming face for every new hire class at the beginning of each month.
