CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – June 10, 2025 — Employees from GMS’ Charlotte office dedicated their time and efforts to supporting Westerly Hills Elementary through Out Teach. Out Teach bridges the gap in science education, creating a future where every student can experience the wonder of science firsthand. Volunteers painted and assisted with the construction of Westerly Hills Elementary's outdoor learning lab.

Out Teach transforms everyday outdoor spaces into dynamic science labs through personalized hands-on training, collaborative partnerships, and easily accessible resources. After participating in Out Teach training, 79% of teachers reported improved overall instruction.
