DETROIT, Michigan – November 29th, 2022 – Employees from Group Management Services (GMS) volunteered at the Gleaners distribution center. They had the privilege of sorting and packing food for those in need. It’s essential during these cold months and the holiday season to step out of your daily routine and give back to the community.
The Gleaners distribution centers process a tremendous volume of donated and purchased food to serve their neighbors in need. They provide food to more than 600 partner soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters, and other agencies across the region and supplement the efforts of those partners by offering direct service drive-up grocery and food box distributions.
