INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – January 25th, 2023 – Group Management Services employees spent the day volunteering at Gleaners Food Bank. They sorted and organized food donations, helped neighbors shop on their on-site pantry, and served families at the mobile food distributions. One hour of volunteer time is equivalent to 130 meals.
About Gleaners Food Bank
Gleaners Food Bank has developed programs and formed partnerships designed to lead the fight against hunger in central Indiana. It was founded in 1980 by a group of concerned citizens who felt strongly that no one should go hungry. Since then, they have distributed nearly 700 million pounds of food and critical grocery items through a committed network of more than 300 food pantries, soup kitchens, schools, and community partners.
