RICHFIELD, Ohio – May 2nd, 2023 – It is with great excitement to announce the promotion of Riviera Young to Senior Implementation Specialist. Riviera started with GMS in 2016 as a Payroll Administrative Assistant. Later that year, she transitioned into the New Client Coordinator position and then became an Implementation Specialist before her most recent promotion.
Riviera stated, “I’ve been with GMS for five plus years and enjoy growing with this company. My role in the implementation department has significantly changed over time, and I’m grateful to be a part of this group. I’m excited to accept this new position and to share my knowledge and experience with my peers to continue to do what we do best – giving our clients a smooth transition in joining our GMS family.”
Riviera has shown tremendous growth over her seven years of employment with GMS. She was chosen for this promotion due to her strong skills in accountability, time management, organization, and her willingness to learn and try something new.
