AKRON, Ohio - September 20th, 2022 - Employees from Group Management Services' headquarters volunteered at Harmony House in Akron, Ohio. Harmony House is an emergency supportive housing ministry for young adults ages 18-26. Its mission is to educate, empower, and equip at-risk young individuals from impoverished backgrounds with the necessary tools to overcome obstacles and resolve the hurt that threatens to exempt them from productive, balanced lives.
GMS volunteers spent time relocating donated food items, organizing, and inventorying food and hygiene items. In addition, they mopped hallways and cleaned restrooms.
