GMS Cares Volunteers Support Sweetwater Mission’s Meals on a Mission 

ATLANTA, GA – April 28, 2026 — Employees from GMS’ Atlanta office recently volunteered with Sweetwater Mission’s Meals on a Mission food distribution program in Mableton, Georgia. Volunteers helped distribute free food to community members and families in need, supporting the organization’s mission to fight hunger and provide essential resources throughout the Atlanta area. 

The volunteer opportunity was coordinated through Hands On Atlanta, a nonprofit organization that connects volunteers with meaningful service opportunities designed to address the city’s most pressing community needs. Since its founding, Hands On Atlanta has mobilized thousands of volunteers to strengthen communities and support local nonprofit partners.
