GMS Supports The Turn’s 2026 Charity Golf Classic

AURORA, OH – June 23, 2026 — GMS team members Amy Latchaw and Derek Duda recently volunteered at The Turn’s 2026 Charity Golf Classic, supporting the event while also representing GMS as a hole sponsor. The outing, hosted at Barrington Golf Club, brought together community members, sponsors, and supporters for a day of golf and giving back.

As a client of GMS, The Turn’s mission holds special meaning for the team. By volunteering and sponsoring a hole at the event, GMS had the opportunity to directly support their work while helping create a meaningful experience for attendees. The team also connected with fellow organizations, including the Northern Ohio Golf Association, another GMS client, highlighting the strong partnerships GMS continues to build across Northeast Ohio.

The Charity Golf Classic offered an all-inclusive day featuring a round of golf on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Course, along with meals, refreshments, and post-event festivities. More importantly, the event raised support for The Turn’s mission to provide adaptive fitness and recreation opportunities for individuals with physical disabilities.
