GMS’ Dan Flanagan Selected as 2026 Leadership Ohio Fellow
CLEVELAND, OH – February 20 – Group Management Services (GMS), a leading professional employer organization (PEO) providing comprehensive HR solutions for small and midsize businesses, is proud to announce that Dan Flanagan, Director of National Channel Sales, has been selected as a 2026 Leadership Ohio Fellow.
Leadership Ohio is the state’s first and most prestigious statewide leadership development program, founded in 1992. Each year, the organization selects a limited cohort of top leaders from across Ohio to participate in an immersive program focused on strengthening civic leadership, expanding perspectives, and building meaningful connections that positively impact communities and the state’s future.
For the 2026 class, 35 fellows were selected from more than 200 nominations statewide, making this a highly competitive and distinguished honor.
Flanagan has been with GMS for 15 years, where he plays a key role in expanding national channel partnerships and supporting the company’s continued growth. In addition to his work at GMS, Flanagan is the Co-Founder and President of the Brain Enrichment Initiative (BEI), a nonprofit organization, designed to provide a holistic curriculum that equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to cultivate resilience and grit, develop strong character, achieve academic success, live mindfully in the present moment, and proactively get ahead of mental health risks. The program is taught today in schools through peer-to-peer mentorship.
