How much previous data will be migrated to the new system?
GMS will automatically migrate all 2023 and 2024 payroll data, including W-2 forms. Please contact us if you require access to data prior to 2023.
Where do I go to log into the new system?
The new GMS Connect can be accessed directly and bookmarked at connect.gms.online. However, you can visit the groupmgmt.com website and click the login button to get to the new GMS Connect as well.
Will worksite managers still be able to complete tasks on behalf of their employees?
Yes, worksite managers will still have this capability.
The reports that we print off for payroll right now can be created as one document. Will the reports still do that, or will we have to open each one separately?
You can still open and print a combined payroll report package just as before.
Are there any product tours available?

Is the new system mobile-friendly?
The new GMS Connect is mobile-friendly and there will be a mobile app available as well.
Will the new version of GMS Connect cost additional money?
No, this is an investment that GMS is making in technology to provide our clients with improved technology, increased security, and easier use.

Does the new GMS Connect have any automated notifications, such as reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and notices that reviews are due?
There are many more ways to set up alerts in the new version of GMS Connect. These can include notifications upon log-in, emails, and widgets on home screens.
