RALEIGH, North Carolina – August 12, 2024 – GMS’ Raleigh, North Carolina office employees dedicated their day to The Green Chair Project. Volunteers assisted with various duties, including repacking computers for families and organizing incoming donations.
About The Green Chair Project
Since 2010, The Green Chair Project has been a crucial conduit between vulnerable Wake County families and vital housing resources. From preparing furniture to packing other home essentials, volunteers work hard to help their neighbors in need.
The Green Chair Project supports individuals overcoming homelessness, crisis, or disaster through a collaborative model that works with 100+ Wake County nonprofits & partner agencies.
