RICHFIELD, Ohio – March 29, 2024 - Group Management Services (GMS), a certified professional employer organization (CPEO), was recognized for its dedication to unemployment integrity through its commitment to utilizing SIDES in the 2023 calendar year. The organization was recognized for its outstanding performance, achieving a 98% overall score in its use of SIDES.
The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) recognized 58 state workforce agencies, employers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and professional employer organizations (PEOs) at its annual State Information Date Exchange System (SIDES) Seminar. The agencies who were recognized were awarded for their dedication to reducing fraud and promoting unemployment insurance (UI) integrity, showcasing their commitment to utilizing SIDES in processing UI benefit claims.
