PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania – December 16th, 2022 – Group Management Services employees from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office spent the day spreading holiday cheer to local children and families with the Toys for Tots Campaign. Volunteers helped with the following:
-Greeted families and took down their information about what their children would like for the holidays
-Shopped for families based on their wish list of gifts
-Restocked toy areas or found specific gifts for children within the warehouse
-Handed out books to families
Toys for Tots is a foundation that raises funds, purchases toys, provides promotional and support materials, manages all funds raised and donated, solicits corporate support, educates the public, and handles day-to-day operations. This program distributes an average of 18 million toys annually to seven million less fortunate children.
